For the second year in a row, SWK Technologies has been named Acumatica Partner of the Year! SWK was previously proclaimed Partner of the Year 2018 at Acumatica Summit 2019 and captured the award yet again as Acumatica Partner of the Year 2019 at Summit 2020.
This year’s Partner of the Year was selected based on contributing the highest combination of new customer additions, customer satisfaction scores, customer renewals and revenue contribution to Acumatica. Additionally, eligibility for the 2019 award required the Acumatica Partner to be in good standing and meet all Partner Framework requirements. SWK captured the previous year’s honor by generating the most license revenue and deal counts in 2018.
Acumatica Product MVPs at SWK, Senior Vice President Mary Abdian and Cloud Solution Architect Jeremy Potoka, repeated their achievement in 2020 as well. Mary was proclaimed an Acumatica MVP for her fourth consecutive year, while it was Jeremy’s second. Both were praised for contributing their expertise and support to the Acumatica community, and for demonstrating their level of knowledge with cloud ERP while providing said support. Jeremy is also a regular contributor of cloud solution-related content for both the SWK and Acumatica blogs.
Other achievements include SWK Senior Developer Shawn Burt and his team taking third place at the Acumatica Summit 2020 Hackathon on Sunday, January 26. A few SWK Acumatica customers received special recognition during the conference, such as SeneGence International, who were named Acumatica Community Champions. SWK Technologies was also named a member of the 2020 Summit President’s Club, which includes the 10 highest-performing Gold Certified Acumatica Partners of the previous year.

Acumatica Summit is an annual event that brings together the entire Acumatica ecosystem to share news, updates, tips and other value-adds along with networking between thousands of attendees. Summit 2020 was held at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. SWK also held a private event for customer VIPs this year at the Barbershop venue located within the Cosmopolitan.
