EAST HANOVER, NJ August 17 – SWK Technologies, Inc. recently announced that Mark Meller, CEO of its parent company, SilverSun Technologies, Inc., was given the honor of ringing the Opening Bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite at Times Square, New York, on August 15, 2018. The invitation to participate in the Ceremony was granted in recognition of SilverSun’s anniversary of its listing to NASDAQ as well as its sustained growth achieved through both organic and acquisition strategies.

The Opening Bell Ceremony commemorates the tradition of the bell ringing announcing the opening of the markets and commencement of trading on the exchange floors. Several news organizations provided coverage of August 15’s Ceremony, including Fox, Bloomberg, and CNBC. The latter featured Mad Money’s Jim Cramer, who pointed to SilverSun’s addition of cybersecurity solutions as a good prospect for investors owing to current events and concerns on data protection and network security.
