Agentic AI in Action – ConverSight Demo
SWK Technologies and ConverSight hosted this on-demand webinar to show how agentic AI works against live ERP data across supply chain, sales and finance. Watch the recording to see the platform demonstrated and hear the questions other ERP users asked about putting it to work:
How Do I Get Started with ConverSight?
ConverSight provides you with multiple ways to get started syncing data and automating workflows when connected with your financial and business management software:
- Data and AI foundation — Unify ERP, warehouse management and spreadsheet data, add business semantics on top and govern lineage, access and quality so answers stay traceable rather than arriving out of a black box.
- Agentic platform — Configure agents shaped to your own workflows, orchestrate their work across connected applications and govern authority, approvals and audit as you scale from one agent to many.
- AI agents — Deploy ready-to-use agents for demand planning, supply planning, inventory and procurement when the problem in front of you is a specific planning or buying one.
Autonomy is set per workflow rather than per business, and most customers run more than one level at a time:
- Assist — Ask a question, have the underlying data analyzed and get an explanation of how Athena reached the answer it returns.
- Co-pilot — Diagnose a problem, simulate the options and receive a recommendation while a planner is working an active session.
- Automate — Monitor your thresholds, alert the right person and run scheduled work without anyone triggering it each time.
- Agentic execution — Coordinate across connected applications, decide inside the guardrails you set and execute, with every step recorded for review.
Your business can run agentic execution on one bounded replenishment process while every other workflow stays at assist. Guardrails go in before an agent runs, testing happens against your real data in a sandbox and a person signs off on most agent work today.
Use Your Existing AI
ConverSight is model-agnostic by design, allowing you to work through Claude, ChatGPT or whichever other large language models your business has already standardized, as well as Athena. MCP is the secure bridge that lets those tools read your connected business data without exposing your live systems. Either way, the data stays governed, permissions follow your ERP and every step an agent takes is traceable.
Conversight AI ERP Integrations
Acumatica

More than 150 prebuilt connectors cover CRM, warehouse management, point of sale, databases and flat files including Excel and PDF, which is what lets an agent see an operation end to end. Preconfigured data models for the core ERP lines mean data arrives within days of connecting rather than after a modeling project
Sage Intacct

Finance teams connect Sage Intacct to bring reporting, revenue projection and variance analysis into one conversational surface alongside operational data from the rest of the business. Cash position questions draw on AR and AP aging trends across customers and vendors instead of a static month-end export.
Sage 100 and Sage 300

Demand planning, inventory analysis and plain-language reporting extend to Sage 100 and Sage 300, including operations still running half their planning in spreadsheets beside the ERP. Margin scenarios run the same way, so a buyer can ask what reaching a target margin on a product line would cost and see the effect on cash position.
Acumatica and ConverSight Success Story
Midway Industrial Supply distributes industrial products and already ran its supply chain on Acumatica, using the workflows and structured data foundation the ERP provides. What the company wanted was forecasting and analytics layered on top of that foundation, specifically to end the overbuying, underbuying and dead inventory its existing reporting could not surface. ConverSight connected to the same Acumatica data and added automated insights, conversational access through Athena, advanced forecasting and recommended purchase orders.
Forecasts started tracking real demand instead of assumption, and purchase order recommendations held stock levels without excess building on either side. The reporting the team had wanted to extend out of Acumatica gained flexibility and control it did not have before. The clearest result was visibility into dead inventory, which came in at $1.2 million against the roughly $700,000 the company had assumed was sitting there.
“ConverSight’s AI insights enhanced the visibility and value of our ERP data, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. By leveraging ConverSight’s advanced analytics capabilities, we gained a deeper understanding of our inventory position. This increased visibility helped us identify additional opportunities to optimize inventory management and improve operational efficiency.”
