On October 31st Sage released the newest version of the popular Sage ERP X3 software package, Sage ERP X3 version 6.5. The release offers improved productivity, a simplified installation process and new features through cloud services. Enhancements include Electronic Document Management (EDM), Fixed Asset functionality and efficiencies in key financial, sales and inventory modules. In the past features that were previously classified as North American add-ons are now included with the core installation. This makes the installation process easier and less time consuming. Finally, the new release also introduces cloud services for Sage Sales Tax and Shipping.
