MAPADOC proudly announces the new release of MAPADOC EDI for Sage 500 ERP 2014 (7.60) version.
MAPADOC is the first EDI provider to go to market with this integration – and we wanted to share this great news with you!
The following additional NEW functionality has been added to MAPADOC EDI for Sage 500 ERP with this new release:
856 Out: ASN Creation Setup – NEW “Select Drop Ship Shipments For ASNs”
This option has been modified to add a new “Select Drop Ship Shipments for ASNs” feature. If this feature is selected, ASNs can be processed for drop ship type shipments.
Create ASN Packaging Info – NEW “Only Show Committed/Posted”
This option has been modified to add a new “Only show committed/posted” feature. If this feature is selected, only shipments that have been posted/committed will be displayed on the screen for processing.
810 Out: Invoice Creation Setup/Outbound Document Creation – NEW “Only Create If ASN Has Been Sent”
The “810 Out: Invoice Creation Setup” option has been modified to add a new option to “Only Create if ASN has been Sent”. If this option is selected during EDI Invoice creation via the Create Outbound Documents option, the ASN History file will be searched for the shipment associated to the invoice, and if found the invoice will be created, and if not an exception will be reported and the invoice will not be created. The invoice will remain as ready to send so it can be processed the next time the Create Outbound Documents option is run.
