Thank you for making this year’s Sage Summit the best event ever for both SWK Technologies and Sage Software. Never before have we experienced this level of enthusiasm and excitement about our products and services! Thanks to your participation, you made us one of the most visited booths for all of Sage Summit 2011.
A few highlights:
- We realize the future is in the cloud (SaaS), so during Sage Summit we made three very important announcements about SWK’s six new cloud-based solutions. The first announcement included information on SWK’s Import Center, Finance Center, Crew and Care Tracker, Time Center, Construction Center, and the SWK Brewery Management System. - The second announcement focused solely on the Brewery Management System. We also produced a video introduction of this state-of-the-art solution. Click to view the video on our website.
- One of the major trends for 2011 (as identified by ChannelPro Magazine in December 2010) is Unified Communications/VoIP solutions. Our third major announcement was that SWK, in partnership with M5 Networks, announced the release of an integration between M5’s hosted VoIP solution and Sage CRM. This solution provides inbound and outbound caller information, customized screen pops, click-to-dial directly from Sage CRM, and advanced reporting for call center, help desk, accounts receivable and other critical business functions. - We also made a major announcement about the expansion of our MAPADOC solution suite. MDX3 (or MAPADOC for X3) was unveiled to a huge turnout of current and future ERP X3 customers.
