Please complete the form below to request cancellation of your Secure Cloud Services subscription. Requests made through a service ticket, email, and/or call with your account manager shall not initiate the offboarding process and you will remain responsible for all service fees and obligations set forth in your service agreement. Upon initiating request to cancel services, please note the following important terms and conditions:
- A member of the SWK Team will reach out to confirm the legitimacy of this request. Please ensure you’re available to speak with them. SWK must validate the cancelation request via phone as a matter of data security, or the request will not be honored.
- Cancellation requests require a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the effective date of the cancellation. Failure to comply with this notice period could result in an additional month of service billing.
- Service fees are payable on the 1st of each month. Service fees shall not be pro-rated if cancellation occurs within the billing period.
- Upon the effective date of cancellation, all services provided by SCS shall be immediately terminated, including but not limited to disabling customer remote access and deletion of all customer data, including backups. The customer is responsible to ensure all necessary data is backed up and/or transferred prior to the effective date as the data will not be recoverable.
