This iPad app provides a visual catalog of your inventory and gives your sales team all of the information they need to close a sale at a customer site. Quotes, orders, and payments are automatically linked to your Sage ERP system so you get real-time information from the field.
Sage Mobile Service
Sage Mobile Service empowers your field technicians to deliver great customer service so you get more referrals and repeat business. Your field technician will arrive on time, use their iPhone to pull up the customer’s history and current repair order, take before and after photos, and even immediately process the customer’s payment – all while onsite! Provide estimates and receipts through email, so you and your customers stay informed.
Sage CRM and Improved Integration
Sage CRM allows you to access customer information and capture sales activity with your iPhone and get to know your customers better through social media integrations.
