Important Notice to Customers: We have changed the swktech.com website to make it easier for you to log tech support cases online. Selecting the “Support” button in the upper-right corner of any swktech.com page now will take you to our Support Services page.
A new Bomgar button has been added as well, so that customers can link to the Bomgar Support Portal and connect with a SWK technician.
How to Access Support – Step by Step
Find the “Support” section on the upper-right corner of any swktech.com page, including the homepage.
Select the Sage product that you need assistance with.
Fill in the required information, providing as much detail of your problem as possible. You can easily upload screenshots or files to help us assist you to troubleshoot on a deadline.
Once you are done, just click “Submit” and your Help Desk ticket will be sent to the SWK Help Desk.
