SERVICE PACK DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE YOU START
If you have a modified system, consult your reseller or master developer first to ensure compatibility among different modifications and enhancements. DO NOT start the installation without speaking to the creator of your modifications.
- Verify that you have a current, working backup.
Find the most recent Service Pack available by matching the label displayed on your Solution Suite for Sage 100 CD. - Review the Service Pack detailed information by clicking on the “Release Note” link; you will find a full list of program patches included in that installation.
- Read the service pack download guide before installing any new Service Packs from the Solution Suite for Sage 100.
IF YOU HAVE SAGE SERVICE PACKS INSTALLED
Please note that every time you install a Sage service pack, some of the programs that contain Solution Suite for Sage 100, code might get overwritten. For this reason, you should do one of the following after installing a Sage service pack:
- Install a current SWK HighTower Service Pack for all the enhancements on your system. OR
- Run the Enhancement Patch Install utility for all enhancements on your system.
WHEN YOU ARE READY TO DOWNLOAD
- Start the installation by clicking the “Download” link listed with the Service Pack.
- Open the file from it’s current location to start installation.
- The File Download window will display. Open the file from its current location to start installation.
