Crandall, known as Chip to his friends and family, has been certified in a range of Sage products for over ten years. His experience with Sage products is personal – he uses these products to complete his work as the CFO for SWK, and he used them in previous accounting roles in other companies as well.
Working with Sage products since 1992 has made Gary an expert in all things Sage. With an accounting and operations background in wholesale, distribution, and supply chain, Gary’s original focus on implementation of financial and distribution modules has now shifted to running all aspects of MAPADOC, SWK’s proprietary, Sage-embedded EDI (electronic data interchange) solution.
After starting as an Accounting Systems Analyst for an oil company, Alan transferred to the public sector as a Systems Auditor before settling down with ERP. Alan’s 25+ years of experience selling and implementing a variety of ERP systems has given him wide-ranging knowledge about Sage 100 and 500 ERP, as well as cloud-based ERP products Acumatica and NetSuite. His focus is on distribution, manufacturing, and implementation.
