When it comes to small business support, the best team in the business just got even better! SWK Technologies has expanded its Small Business Division staff to include two veteran Sage product specialists:

Bob Plisk, a Sage BusinessWorks veteran of 12 years, has joined SWK bringing our current roster of Sage BusinessWorks users to more than 300 companies. Bob also has an extensive background in Crystal Reports, an invaluable tool for information management.

Cherrie Monnier an experienced Sage BusinessWorks and Sage Peachtree consultant, is also a former bookkeeper, so she understands the demands of the job from the inside out. In other news, Version 7 of Sage BusinessWorks is due to be released in October 2006. Among its must-have new features is complete integration with Sage Payroll Services. He is a Certified Sage BusinessWorks installer and has written custom software for several companies. Says Bob, "Our main effort at SWK is to make the software do what your business needs - not to change your business to fit the software. Our basic concept is to use the software as a database to capture 'all' the information (with one entry of data) and then use reporting tools to provide the data and reports to run the business effectively." Bob can be reached at 716.667.6846 or via email at robert.plisk@swktech.com

SWK Announces Grand Opening of NEW Sage ATC in Rochester, NY
LIVINGSTON, N.J., August 10, 2006

SWK is proud to announce the GRAND OPENING of our newest office and Sage Authorized Training Center (ATC), located at 3136 S. Winton Road, Suite 306, Rochester, NY 14623

AT SWK Technologies, we pride ourselves on the message delivered in our central purpose, we empower our clients and partners with knowledge, solutions and tools for success. This new ATC is just one more opportunity for SWK to empower our clients (and partners) with the convenience to enroll in training programs available in multiple facilities. You will be instructed by certified trainers on the most up-to-date product knowledge for software such as Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200, Sage BusinessWorks and more!

Now it's even easier to train with SWK, either in Livingston (NJ) or Rochester (NY), we have you covered. Contact Wayne Reitz, ATC Manager, today at 973.758.6102 to find out more about our two ATC locations and the classes offered.

A quote from Pat Anson (previous President of AMP-BEST Consulting, Inc., now SWK's Executive Vice President and a member of the Executive Team):

"We are absolutely thrilled with being able to provide training to our upstate New York clients. This is an area that has been overlooked for years in the area, and our clients have been starving for high-quality training in a classroom setting. As AMP-BEST Consulting, Inc., we did not have the resources to provide this critical service to our clients, and quite honestly having an ATC in upstate New York was one of the MAIN reasons we merged with SWK. Their first ATC in the Livingston, NJ headquarters has an awesome reputation for being thorough, as well as entertaining, so the students are actively learning, not catching up on lost sleep. We are convinced that the more our clients learn and know about the products they use every day, the more satisfied they are. Most students walk away with a renewed vision of how they can be more efficient in their jobs because they discover features and functionality in the systems that they never knew existed."

SWK Announces Historic Monthly Sales, May Sales Establish New Sales Record
LIVINGSTON, N.J., June 8

SWK Technologies, the premier total solutions provider specializing in business software for manufacturers and distributors, has just completed the best sales month in the Company's history.

May sales, on a preliminary basis, exceeded $620,000. Final details will be available in the Company's Form 10-Q, which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before August 15, 2006.

Jeffrey D. Roth, CEO of SWK Technologies, commented, 'It was only this past March that we announced that SWK Technologies had established a new monthly sales record of $560,000. That record has now been shattered by our performance in May. Since the closing on our acquisition of AMP-BEST Consulting did not occur until May 31st, our May financial performance does not include any contribution at all from AMP-BEST, which had sales of roughly $1.8 million in 2005.'

Roth continued, 'The additional capital invested in SWK Technologies, is having a significant positive effect on our sales and marketing efforts, and is allowing us to compete for ever larger deals. Our sales organization continues to successfully penetrate the small and medium sized business markets in an aggressive fashion. Our sales pipeline is exceptionally strong. We are closing on deals both large and small. We expect to be in a position of announcing additional substantial transactions in the near future.'

SWK Technologies sponsors Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey (CPNJ) and Ms. Pouling's class at Horizon High School, in the Wheelin'-n-Walkin' Challenge in June of 2006. LIVINGSTON, N.J., June 30 2006

Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey (CPNJ) is a nonprofit organization and depends on fundraising to help support and strengthen their programs. Staff members at Horizon School developed the concept of the Wheelin'-n-Walkin' Challenge as a way for staff, students and their families to help raise funds for their school. Each student secures sponsors and on the day of the event, everyone does one lap around their school. Students with wheelchairs, walkers and gait trainers are assisted by family members, volunteers or staff.

The Challenge was started three years ago as a way for students, staff members and their families to help raise money for the schools. Last year they raised more than $11k to help purchase a new van for the students. The classroom that raised the most money earned themselves a pizza party.

Beth McNeill spoke of SWK Technologies involvement in the event.

We sponsored the event because this is a cause close to my heart. My son James has been a student in the CPNJ program since he was 4 years old, he is now 12 years old and has benefited tremendously. Not only is Horizon a school for James' education, but it is also a program that helps individuals with special needs prepare themselves for living in the real world. Without these programs, these individuals would have difficulty finding the resources and assistance needed to learn and adapt to the changing environment around them. CPNJ has helped my son and my family to deal with his special needs and overcome the obstacles and barriers that we have encountered along the way. I am very thankful for everything that CPNJ has made available to my family, and this is my way of giving back to them. I am extremely gratified that SWK chose to sponsor his class this year, without Jeff Roth this would not have been possible.

SWK was a contributing player, along with Wiss and Company, in the Horizon High School grand opening in September 2005. I am proud to be a part of the SWK team; a team that respects and appreciates not only its employees, but also the members of the surrounding community.

EDI Sales Continue at Record Pace for SWK Technologies, Inc. LIVINGSTON, N.J., May 25
SWK Technologies, Inc., the premier total solutions provider specializing in accounting software and supply-side software solutions, has closed on a significant sale of its proprietary MAPADOC EDI (electronic date interchange) software to a leading developer and supplier of medical waste disposal products.

The new customer's major trading partners include Becton Dickinson, Coram Healthcare, and Waste Management.

Dane DeSantis, channel sales manager at SWK Technologies, said, "The market acceptance of MAPADOC continues to be tremendous. We are closing both large and small deals. As importantly, we continue to win customers who have been using our competitors' products. Companies that experience the ease of use, reliability and functionality of our solution will purchase MAPADOC even when they have already invested thousands of dollars purchasing and implementing the software of our competitors. When a customer walks away from that level of investment, it makes a very strong statement about the superiority of MAPADOC."

Jeffrey D. Roth, CEO of SWK stated, "Our sales organization is doing a great job in communicating the benefits of our technology to our channel partners and end users throughout the country. Companies who use EDI solutions like MAPADOC have a significant competitive advantage, and also enhance their profitability. Consequently, we look forward to continuing the very rapid sales pace of our proprietary software."
