Sage ERP MAS 500 is an integrated, scalable suite to expand business intelligence, order processing, distribution and manufacturing for enterprise management.
General Ledger has accounting structures with up to 100 characters with 15 segments, and more than a dozen industry-specific charts of accounts. Accounts Receivable offers divisional receivables and multiple bank accounts, cash expectations forecasting, full invoicing, integration with the Job Cost and Sales Order modules and commission tracking, and reporting and payment using Payroll. Accounts Payable offers automatic payment selection, use-tax and freight allocation, automatic clearing with AR, and electronic 1099 filing.
MAS 500 offers functions including reporting with Crystal, Sage ERP MAS Intelligence, KnowledgeSync and doc–link document management. Other features include budgeting and planning, detailed inventory pricing items, e-business and customer e-management, HR, inventory and production management, purchase order and sales order management, sales order configuration, EDI, distribution and manufacturing-specific modules, and project accounting.
Other highlights include fixed asset inventory and accounting, sales tax calculation, multi-currency management, integrated planning and business insights analyzer, an allocations module, and a Cash Management module to simplify deposit generation, reconcile transactions and process multi-currency transactions.
