Sage MAS 500 v7.2 is Shipping!

We're pleased to announce that Sage MAS 500 ERP version 7.2 has been shipped to customers current on maintenance. Version 7.2 delivers vital business intelligence, simplified data integration, technology enhancements, performance improvements, and numerous usability enhancements.

New Business Insights Dashboard delivers a customizable Web-based business intelligence application with the vital information you need to stay in charge of their business. Using .NET technology, the Business Insights Dashboard puts up-to-date sales statistics, financial data, and key business metrics at their fingertips and all in once place. Best of all, this new application is included with every Sage MAS 500 7.2 system.

New Data Import Manager allows you to easily import a variety of transactions into Sage MAS 500 using a simplified mapping wizard. This module is ideal for upgrading Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 ERP customers to Sage MAS 500, and for recurring imports from external systems. Also, since import job definitions can be saved, exported, and imported on other systems, it provides you with additional revenue opportunities since you can create and sell import job definitions to your customers.

Warehouse Automation Enhancements support pick by order, pick by shipment, automatic e-mail notifications to back office personnel, improved workflow options, and an expanded audit trail.

Sage MAS 500 Office Enhancements feature templates that have been redesigned to leverage Microsoft Office, and the Office toolbar is available on all data entry tasks. Additionally, memo management capabilities have been added to all tasks that contain the Sage MAS 500 Office toolbar

Business Insights Explorer contains a new Where Serial Number Used preview that enables customers to quickly identify where a serial number has been used within their business operations.

Project Accounting Enhancements support new expense billing options for Accounts Payable expenses for Time & Materials and Fixed Price Plus projects, and delivers enhanced drill-downs from GL into revenues and expenses related to projects.

Documentation Enhancements provide the information you need quickly with the new HTML Help Center: search help topics across all modules, print any topics desired, plus online tutorials to conveniently educate you on the capabilities of Sage MAS 500 7.2.
