MAPADOC Version 4.2 New Features

There are dozens of new features and refinements in the 4.2 version of MAPADOC. Here are some of the highlights:

New Document – Carrier Bill of Lading (211)
MAPADOC has been modified to process Carrier Bill of Lading (211) documents. Ship Via codes are associated to Carrier Trading Partners in a new Carrier Trading Partner Maintenance option. Bill of Lading information is gathered for ASNs marked as "Ready to Ship" using a CI Item Master UDF called COMM_TYPE to sort data by commodity code and purchase order number. Call for pricing.

New Label Software Option – Label View
MAPADOC has been modified to integrate with another Labeling Software called Label View.

Auto Generate Invoices from ASNs
This new feature allows user to use Sales Order # as Invoice #. This option has been modified to use the Sales Order number as the Invoice number if the option is selected in the trading partner's ASN setup.
