SWK Acquires Hightower Software
HighTower, Inc. and SWK Technologies, Inc. are pleased to announce SWK’s proposed acquisition of HighTower’s assets, including its Sage Software practice, its Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90 and MAS 200) customers, its Sage 500 ERP (formerly MAS 500 customers, its Sage BusinessWorks and Sage SalesLogix customers, and HighTower’s proprietary enhancements for Sage 100 ERP. Although SWK already has a presence in Chicago, this acquisition will provide SWK with an extremely strong foothold in the region, along with bolstering SWK’s already strong custom enhancement product offering. The acquisition is expected to be consummated imminently.
