Jeff Roth leads SWK Technologies Inc., a multi-state business application and consulting company providing strategies and solutions to meet client information and business management needs. Jeff is actively involved in many business and accounting-related organizations, including Inc. Magazine’s Business Owners Council, Sage Leadership Association, Sage’s Business Partner Advisory Council (BPAC), the American Business Associates (high-level networking firm based in Fairfield NJ) and a NJ-based CEO Forum that Jeff leads. He also serves as a trustee and was a past president of Temple B’nai Abraham in Livingston NJ. Jeff is married with three children, lives in nearby Cedar Knolls NJ, and enjoys golf and bike-riding in the hills of northern New Jersey. Paul Frydman • Chief Operating Officer
Paul Frydman oversees SWK’s entire consulting practice, including client care, development, project management and implementation. Previously, he was the consulting manager for NexTec Group’s New York Metro office. Paul has more than 15 years’ experience in the design, implementation, installation and integration of business management systems with a wide variety of consulting organizations. He is certified in all areas of MAS 500 and spent four years running the Microsoft Dynamics GP practice at American Express Tax & Business Services (now RSM McGladrey).

Sam Hunter • Executive Vice President of Customer Experience
Sam Hunter is in charge of delivering an excellent customer experience to each and every SWK customer. He works closely with the customer support and installed base sales teams to ensure customers receive top notch service and are aware of complementary product and service offerings that will increase their business productivity. Prior to joining SWK, Sam was SVP and General Manager at Sage for a portfolio of product offerings, including several ERP packages, a time and billing application, and a fixed asset management system. Sam has more than 15 years experience in product marketing, product management, and general management at technology and internet based firms. He is a graduate of Harvard College and holds a bachelor degree in Economics. When not focusing on putting the customer first, he enjoys travel and the occasional game of golf. He resides in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Andrew Nunez • Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Andy Nunez is an industry leader with broad operational and sales experience with Sage and Microsoft products and services. His middle market business management software expertise spans almost two decades, including ten years establishing and building the successful East Coast offices for NexTec Group. Andy also has significant experience as a Senior Project Manager for various ERP implementations. He runs sales and marketing and delivery of the entire SWK portfolio including Direct, Channel & SaaS. During Andy’s time at SWK, he has built a team that has driven Top Line Revenue from $7M to $13M in organic grown annually. In that time, he has also overseen the creation of an Enterprise level solution practice with Sage ERP X3. Today, that practice contributes almost $2.5M to SWK’s revenue. Andy has served on many advisory panels and focus groups for both Sage Software and Microsoft Business Solutions. Previously, he was the Executive Director for a non-profit Educational Foundation and is currently a Trustee of the same Foundation’s International Board. Andy earned his BA from the University of Texas and is involved in many civic and non-profit organizations in his home area of Hudson Valley NY.

Gary Berman, CPA.CITP • Executive Vice President of MAPADOC EDI Services
Gary Berman supports and directs SWK’s Electronic Data Interchange engagements by supervising workflow, employee tasks, client expectations and product development. He consults with clients regularly on software implementation, technical support, training and documentation. A MAS 90/200 Certified Consultant, Gary helped form SWK and has held several positions including owner, principal and CFO. He has managed all aspects of the company, with a primary focus on EDI since 1999. Previously, Gary worked in accounting, auditing and management information services with Wiss & Company LLC, and was Controller and Manager of Information Systems for The Lilli Group. He earned his BA in Science & Commerce from Rider University and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Information Technology Professional through the AICPA.

Alan Hardy • Executive Vice President of Cloud ERP & Software Migrations
Alan Hardy oversees SWK’s Cloud ERP practice, which currently includes software solutions from both Acumatica and NetSuite. He also oversees SWK’s overall strategy for “Software Migrations”, which addresses the need for customers to migrate from older/legacy ERP systems to a more current solution. Previously, he was the owner of ESC Software in Phoenix, Arizona, and merged with SWK in May of 2014. Alan has more than 25 years experience with sales and implementation of ERP software solutions. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (minor in Business) from BYU in 1982. Alan began his career as an Accounting Systems Analyst at Marathon Oil, and then with Coopers & Lybrand (PricewaterhouseCoopers) as a Supervising Computer Audit Specialist. He still resides in the Phoenix, AZ area and enjoys many outdoor activities including camping, hiking, boating and water skiing.

Joshua Thigpen • Executive Vice President - Sage X3
Joshua’s 15 years of ERP consulting and sales experience across a broad range of industries make him functionally capable in all aspects of the Sage X3 platform. With a focus on supply chain and manufacturing, specifically in heavily regulated industries, Joshua’s implementation strategy focuses on process improvement and best practice procedures. Josh has built both a Dynamics ERP and Sage X3 practice around the food industry in the Northwest US.

Michelle Paparo, CPA • Vice President of Sage 100 ERP & Sage 500 ERP
Michelle Paparo oversees the SWK help desk and manages the upgrade and small project process. Previously, she was a partner at AMP-Best Consulting Inc, a Senior Manager at DM Systems Inc. and a Senior Accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Michelle earned her BS in Accounting & Management Information Studies from Clarkson University. Her time outside of work is spent volunteering on the Administration and Audit & Finance Committees, and as a lector, at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Syracuse. Michelle is also a member of the Young CPA committee, assisting in local fund drives for community charities and presenting at local CPA conferences. In 2003, she was named one of 20 Women in Business in Central New York for her professional success and community involvement.

Alex Nastashkin • Vice President of Installed Base & Support Services
Alex Nastashkin is responsible for overall client management as it relates to sales and support. His focus is ensuring that SWK clients are consistently provided with high-quality and reliable service. Since joining the company in 2002 as an account executive, Alex has been hands-on with the client base, helping identify and meet their needs. Prior to his current position, he was the director of marketing. Alex earned his BA in Business Management & Marketing from CSI in New York. Outside of work, he donates his time to JDRF events as well as to the YMCA, and coaches Little League Baseball.
Kristine Glanville • Vice President of Support Services
Kris Glanville manages the Support Services team. She is a Sage 100 and Sage 500 Certified Consultant and has over 23 years’ experience with the Sage product group. She has been with SWK for 9 years on their technical support staff. Prior to that, she worked as a Sage consultant in upstate New York for Advantium Consulting. She currently resides in Florida and is involved with the Suncoast Community Blood Bank as an apheresis donor and supporter.

Brian Nunes joined SWK in 2015 as the VP of Marketing, Channel and Strategic Alliances. His passion and focus is to make the name of SWK Technologies great throughout the world by taking a unique approach in marketing. He heads up the partner channel and strategic alliances and is dedicated to building great relationships with our partners and vendors. His command center is located in Spartanburg, SC and his marketing teams are located in offices in New Jersey and New Mexico. Previously Brian was the Marketing Director at Website Pipeline.

Kathleen Weiss, SPHR • Manager of Human Resources
Kathleen Weiss earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute, and has more than 18 years’ experience in HR and management positions. Her expertise includes performance management, compensation, state and federal compliance, employee relations, hiring and termination issues, and employee handbooks. Kathleen is member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Morris County SHRM Chapter, NJ Organization Development Network, New Jersey HR Networking Group, iCouldbe.org, New Jersey Compensation Association, New Jersey Department of Labor Employers Committee, Human Capital Institute, New Jersey Business & Industry HR Policy Committee, and Gibbs College Advisory Board.
