Jeff Roth

Jeff Roth is Chief Executive Officer of SWK Technologies, Inc., a multi-state business application and consulting company providing strategies and solutions to meet client information and business management needs. Andrew Nunez is SWK’s Executive Vice President of Sales, heading up SWK’s sales teams that are spread throughout the northeast, including the company’s headquarters in Livingston, NJ, and its offices in Long Island, Syracuse and Buffalo, NY.
Andy is an industry leader with broad operational and sales experience with Sage and Microsoft products and services. His mid-market business management software expertise includes six years as a senior project manager. Andrew started the East Coast offices for NexTec more than 10 years ago, building it into one of largest VARs in the region. Paul Frydman

As Executive Vice President of SWK’s Consulting Solutions, Paul Frydman oversees SWK’s entire consulting practice, including client care, development, project management and implementations.

He was formerly the consulting manager for NexTec Group’s New York Metro office. Frydman has more than 15 years’ experience in the design, implementation, installation and integration of business management systems with a wide variety of consulting organizations. Certified in all areas of MAS 500, Frydman spent four years running the Microsoft Dynamics GP practice at American Express Tax and Business Services (now RSM McGladrey).

Crandall Melvin III

Crandall “Chip” Melvin III is vice president of Finance and chief financial officer for SWK. Prior to joining SWK in 2006, he was chief operations officer and owner of AMP-Best Consulting, Inc. Chip is director of Community Baseball of Syracuse and is active in other community and civic organizations. He holds a bachelor of art’s degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California, and a masters in business administration from Syracuse University.

Matt Hahn

As Vice President of Network Services for SWK Technologies, Inc., Matt Hahn works with clients to implement efficient security, networks, backup and disaster recovery operations, and related technologies. Matt is known for his perseverance to direct clients to innovative processes enabling any company’s systems to produce quantitative results.

Gary Berman, CPA.CITP 

As Vice President of MAPADOC EDI Services for SWK Technologies, Inc., Gary Berman supports and directs SWK’s EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) engagements by supervising workflow, employee tasks, client expectations and product development. He regularly consults with clients on software implementation, technical support, training and documentation.

Since he helped form the company in 1995, Gary has held several positions, including owner, principal and CFO. A MAS 90/200 Certified Consultant, he has managed all aspects of SWK, with a primary focus on EDI since 1999. Previously, Gary worked in accounting, auditing and management information services with Wiss & Company, LLC, as well as controller and manager of Information Systems for The Lilli Group.

Michelle Paparo, CPA
Michelle Paparo is Vice President for Client Services at SWK Technologies, Inc., where she oversees the SWK help desk and manages the upgrade and small project process. Previously, she was a partner at AMP-Best Consulting, Inc, a Senior Manager at DM Systems, Inc. and a Senior Accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Michelle graduated from Clarkson University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management Information Studies.

Michelle's time outside of work is spent volunteering at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Syracuse on the Administration and Audit and Finance Committees and as a lector. She is also a member of the Young CPA committee assisting in local fund drives for community charities and presenting at local CPA conferences. In 2003, she was named one of 20 Women in Business in Central New York for her professional success and community involvement.

Kathleen Weiss, SPHR

Kathleen Weiss is Manager of Human Resources for SWK Technologies, Inc.  Holding the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, Kathleen offers more than 18 years’ experience in HR and management positions. Her experience extends to performance management, compensation, state and federal compliance, employee relations, hiring and termination issues and Kathleen specializes in employee handbooks.

She is member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Morris County SHRM Chapter, NJ Organization Development Network, New Jersey HR Networking Group, iCouldbe.org, New Jersey Compensation Association , New Jersey Department of Labor Employers Committee, Human Capital Institute, New Jersey Business & Industry HR Policy Committee, Gibbs College Advisory Board and has completed the United Way certified mentorship program.
